So as most of you are aware I have been very lazy about editing my birthday holiday photos! No more laziness!

To be honest I’m not to big on birthdays… I mean wow I managed to not die for a whole year? Go me! I would much rather be celebrated for my achievements than my ability to not die 😛

Long way down! I was fairly casual on this holiday, more of a retro look than hime or princess. Fun style though! I love over the top clothing but when you only have limited suitcase space it’s hard to pack more than one outfit!
We did *SO* much shopping. I had a blast.
See all this shopping?! Poor James took it upon himself to carry all my bags all day! What a gentleman! XD Ok this was slightly staged but that’s pretty much what it was like all day!
James’ Mum got me a Sally Hansen gift pack full of cool nail polishes and treatments, how nice!

James’ parents have an awesome garden! I still haven’t gotten a chance to edit my birthday photos so I thought I’d put these ones up while you’re awaiting. Blue Crane Design has been really busy so I won’t be online as much this week, or at least not online doing fun things 🙁
Very Monroe right? Damn wind always comes at the exact wrong time! Typical James feels the need to take a photo of it. This is a nice casual outfit. I’ve been doing so many crazy Hime outfits lately but sometimes I’m just too tired or don’t have time so this is what I revert to.
I don’t know why I like this one. It’s exposed very badly and looks horribly grainy. Kind of 50’s though.
Cam-whoring 😀 How awesome would this garden be for having a tea party? I want to go to more tea parties! With tea and crumpets and cucumber sandwiches. Needs MOAR sandwiches!
Such a long driveway! Who wants to have to take the bin out on Monday night all the way down the bloody drive way! Stinky bin germs everywhere!
Sorry guys this is a pretty boring post today, I’ve got lots of ideas for new interesting posts I just need to have some time to sit down and do something about it!

I had a great Easter/Chocolate day yesterday, we went to James’ parents house for lunch.
It’s been a loooong week, I feel like we’ve accomplished a lot though. Blue Crane Design is chugging along nicely.
I’ve been having a lot of fun finding little accessories which can be hime-ified in normal shops. With the terrible exchange rate at the moment I haven’t been able to order anything from Japan. There are a surprising amount of things which can be used in the main stream shops though.
Shops like Diva and Equip and Cosmetics Plus (the most awesome shop ever) have all kinds of things in at the moment like fake flowers and pearls.
The recession has a positive side for scrupulous shoppers like me! With all of these places going into receivership and closing down there are lots of bargains to be had 😀
Btw have any of the Australians reading this gotten their Rudd Money yet? Will you be being safe or getting new outfits?
I do love cupcakes, I like epic cupcakes even more.
Last week on Ricoche (a gal forum) Brenli and I were discussing my lack of skills cooking. Specifically this photo: Now I am a terrible cook, just ask James he has to eat my terrible food and try to smile why he’s doing it! Anyway the story goes my cupcakes fail but Brenli had seem similar fail turned into cute little Octopus cakes. My cupcakes decided to become a sea!
I present epic cupcake sea madness!
So you have to get all the ingrediants before you begin, I’m lazy so I use cake mix! You’re wondering… I’ve been to Violet’s place and her kitchen is not that clean wtf?! Well i moved the mess to the other counter 😀Mix everything up until it turns up into gross but delicious sludge.Add the patty cake thingies into your dish and then colour your mixture blue and green!Pour the mix in but make sure that you leave some of the white cupcake patties sticking out because they are going to be the waves!Mix mix mix. Looks great huh? Kind of reminds me of Playdoh… delicious! Stick it in the oven for a while… who knows how long. My oven sucks, it’s like 3 times hotter than a regular oven and the knobs don’t work so well.
Tadaa! Looks yummy right? Now take some time while it cools down to pose and show your outfit! I freaking love this dress!
Once it’s all cool add some icing! Make sure you don’t do this when it’s still hot because otherwise it will melt everywhere. I made this mistake last time XD
Now add as many sprinkles as you want!
Ok so it doesn’t really look like the sea but you know what I do
n’t care! It was yummy!

At least my outfit looks good! Man I love that dress! This has been the style of my casual look lately, it’s got a veeeeery casual hime look about it but nothing too much. I prefer to do my hair up high!
