Antiquing? Antiqing? How the hell do you spell that?
I am still spending much too much time having fun here in Melbourne so I’m going to photo spam your a little bit. I promise there are going to be a bunch of tutorials when I get back so you’ll all just have to put up with it :D You guys are totally going to love the photos from the tea party too!
A while ago James and I went antiquing at the Woolloongabba Antiques Center which was a heap of fun!
Basically it’s a gigantic warehouse that has a whole bunch of smaller shops inside it selling all manner of antiques and pretty things.
Here are a few photos from the day!
I spent so much time looking around at everything, I swear I could lose days in antiques stores :D

I hope it didn’t flood! xx
No flooding as far as I know! <3
Wow I never knew about this place! I’ll have to go visit sometime~
I bet you’re all warm and snuggles up in bed now, I can’t wait for the tea party photos ♥
I am back home and having a little relax now! So much to catch up on online though!! Tea party photos are going up today :D
What’s this? Something AMAZING? Near where I LIVE?
I have to go!
I know! I had never heard of it until a friend mentioned we should go, it’s freaking amazing. And of course when I drove past it’s this gigantic huge black building that’s practically impossible to miss on a road I drive on like every second day >_<
:D what great shops! Did you buy lots?
I hate shopping in shops where everything is great, I come home hours later with nothing bought. :P
I would so love to buy these pink teapots for my new room I see in your picture.
I didn’t buy anything ;_; I hate not buying things too! I thought everything was super cute but I couldn’t buy it because we’re in savings mode at the moment :(
ur hair is really cute ^^
Thank you!
Oh my gosh! I lived in Woolloongabba (two ‘l’s!) for a while after uni. That shop looks totally you :)
Ah you see my lack of correct spelling was a silent protest over words with too many bloody double letters ;) Fixed now! It’s seriously an awesome place, if you ever come back we’ll have to go together!
That shop looks awesome! I hope you brought that vintage hair setter home with you XD
Oh you have no idea how tempted I was! It was waaaay expensive but so cool!
That antique shop looks adorable!
It was so pretty! I wanted to spend so much money there :D
i didnt know there is such places :D
You have to search a bit for them but they are definitely there!
How pretty! I love the crockery, so sweet… You’ve just reminded me, there is an antique store a few doors down from where we’ve just moved to, that I’ve been meaning to check out.
Cool! I wish there was an antiques store near us, then again I would probably be pretty poor if there was!
Wow! You always seem to have the most amazing shopping experiences. :) I wish i could have some like that.
I go shopping a lot but it’s quite rare that I actually buy anything! I bet if you searched for local antiques stores near you, you would find something similar ^_^
