Dec 23, 2009 by

So while I was away the Nuffnang Christmas Party was held and my gosh did we party!

The night started off with me being in a grumpy mood because I couldn’t get my hair or outfit to work :( I had planned to do this huge awesome gigantic ball of hair but it didn’t go so well so I desperately had to scrape it into hime style in like 2 minutes before we left ;_;

  1. I didn’t go to the Melbourne’s one :( Wish I had

Wow your mom is blogging? I think it might take me years to train my mom to blog..maybe I should start teaching my mom how to use Windows lol

    • Aww you should have gone, I hear the Melbourne one was awesome! Haha my Mum wants to be more tech savvy so I showed her how to set up a blog, she’s even signing up for Nuffnang XD

  2. very cute ^^ looks like u had a great time ^^

  3. You mummy’s so cute! Hahaa… I have to teach my mum how to switch on the computer! Actually when I did, i stuck a flower sticker on the power button so that she would remember where to press! lol.

You look adorable :) as expected!

    Cheers

    • Hahaha my mum really wants to learn about all the blogging things, it’s weird having to explain things like Nuffnang to people who’ve never heard of blogging! That’s so cute that you had to use a flower sticker LOL XD I wonder how many flower sticks I could attach to her screen to show her where to click to post hahaha :D Btw James and I are hoping to come down to Melbourne in Feb/March to catch up with everyone and I demand to have lunch with you :D

  4. Looks like you made the most out of a small party. That’s too bad that people that rsvp’d didn’t show up! I thought the party idea was great and wish we did something like that here!

    • You should organise something! It made me a bit cranky because why would people bother rsvp-ing yes if they were just going to flake? We had fun anyway though!

  5. Oh, I was wondering how you got on at the Nuffnang party! You look cute as always. I really must go to a Nuffnang ‘do’ one day. That is so cool that your mum has started blogging!

    • Oh yes you should definitely go to one, everyone is super friendly and it’s great to talk to people who have things in common with you :D

Hey Violet I would have joined you guys if I was there! Was there one held in Perth? I’ve also recently set up a blog for my mom and dad. They’re retired and were thinking of doing a food blog! So far no posts yet hehe I think I need to give them a refresher course on how to use blogger! My mom will pick it up fast but my dad is petrified of computers hehe!

  7. OMG! I look so terribly Fat in all your pictures!!!!
And me, cute? LOL?? U are like a million times cuter ok!!! =)
Love much. Catch up with u soon [Next week?]=)

    • Nuh uh you don’t look fat AT ALL! Love and I’m going to reply to your email as soon as I’m going with these comments ^_^

  8. Mum’s been asking me what a blog is for years. I finally recently taught her email and she’s always like Tiff, just send the email for me. It takes too long to type.

I think you looked fabulous! My hair wasn’t working that night either – must’ve been a bad hair day for all Brisbane-ites.

    • Haha that’s so cute! My mum has recently mastered texting and she sent me a message the other day saying “OMG” I laughed so hard XD Definitely something in the air for bad hair that night!

Aww looks like you had fun! I especially love the blue candy canes. Wish I could have made it, I’ll definately come this year :)

    • The candy canes tasted like bubblegum, it was a really weird sensation! I’ll let you know next time we have a meet up!
